All-inclusive price of $3,195 per person (double occupancy*) includes:

·        Roundtrip airfare from DFW to Munich/ Zurich to DFW

·        Land transportation by air-conditioned luxury bus

·        Three and Four Star hotels

·        Porter fees

·        Three meals daily

·        English-speaking guide at all times

·        Entrance fees to all attractions

     *Private rooms are available for $300 extra.  Deposit check of $500 is required to make reservation with $1,300 due by December 15, 2007 and final payment of $1,395 due March 1, 2008.  Make checks payable to Steavy Jakubik.

PRICE: Tour price is $3,195 USD per person based upon double occupancy. Single supplement is $300 per person. Optional cancellation insurance is available upon request.


DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT All payments for the tour will be made payable to: Steavy Jakubik. The depository fund is used to pay for the airline tickets and for the land arrangements (hotels, meals, bus, guides, etc.)

CONDITIONS This tour is under the management of Czech Heritage Tours, which has made all arrangements for accommodations and services in connection with this tour. Czech Heritage Tours shall be responsible to the participant as set forth in the itinerary, except such services and accommodations as cannot be supplied due to delays or other causes beyond the control of Czech Heritage Tours. In the event some of the services and accommodations set forth cannot be supplied due to delays or other causes beyond the control of Czech Heritage Tours, it will use its best efforts to supply comparable services and accommodations. The participant waives any claim against Czech Heritage Tours or Steavy Jakubik personally for any damage or loss of property, any bodily injury or loss of life, or rendering any of the services and accommodation on the tour. Czech Heritage Tours will not be responsible for any delay, substitution of equipment, or any act or omission whatsoever by the carrier, its agents, servants, and employees, and participant hereby waives any claim arising therefrom. In the event this tour is cancelled for any reason, all deposits and other monies paid by the participant will be promptly refunded. The tour is based on two persons per room and is subject to change. Czech Heritage Tours reserves the right to cancel the trip if minimum amount of participants are not met.
